Wouldn't let me cash some of my checks and deposit other checks at the same time. They said I have to deposit the money and I can access it when the funds are available... I closed my account... Don't treat me like a chump with my own money
How come the tellers at this bank always seem so unfriendly???
I really like this branch, the tellers are all great! I wish that when they closed due to covid that they update their hours so that I don't make a tip out there when they are not open. I hope everyone is ok.
Absolutely horrendous service and many hidden fees that are withdrawn from your account without notice or explanation. DO NOT BANK With TCF!!!
