Both tellers that helped me today were friendly professional and helpful.
This location thinks it’s ok to lie to customers simply because they don’t want to do something. During a pandemic, simply cashing a government check for the fee shouldn’t be made difficult or impossible. These banks want all of your money, but aren’t actually helping the community. Horrible customer service.
This is the worst tcf location in America. If you care about your money I’d leave this bank right now! Manager is rude the assistant manager is rude. They have a broken atm machine outside that doesn’t give you money, but it withdraws from your account like it did. Then when you go to the “manager” to say you didn’t get any cash.. you have to wait 7 to 10 business days to get your cash back when it wasn’t even your fault! The stupidest bank I’ve ever had to deal with in my life. Us bank here me and my three accounts come.
Slow service and I waited for ever .
The manager at this location is extremely rude. I will be switching banks.
