Tommy and Liz were great to work with. They build a high quality custom home. They keep you up to date on the progress of the build. Remember that this will be a custom home and what is in the contract is what will be provided. Tommy is great about doing a change order if something you designed or specified did not turn out as you thought or expected.. It will be hard to find a better value (cost vs quality of the build) with any other builder on the lake. The house turned out beautiful!

I worked with Tommy a few years ago and it was great! He’s by far the only affordable builder on the lake and we love our home! It was an understandably long process, but worth the wait, especially considering the cost!
