Very personable, greeted by a nice receptionist. The mechanics who passed through also gave each person in the waiting area a greeting. I had the pleasure of meeting with Ahmed who walked me through what my car needed complete with diagrams on a computer. If you have a Toyota product this is the place to have your vehicle serviced.
Took a car there a few days ago. Drove and hour and a half to get there. I've been watching the owners Car Care Nut videos for years. Received excellent and very polite service. These folks are honest and great to deal with not to mention they are masters with Toyota and Lexus vehicle repair and maintenance. The owner, Amd, talked to us personally. This is THEE shop. Why would you go anywhere else? These fine craftsmen have been here for a long time doing quality work that you will not find anywhere else. The owner also has a youtube channel so you can see what a great person he is before you decide to go. I highly recommend only using TCCN if you plan on keeping your car for any length of time. Fixed my Lexus when no one could. Best and the kindest mechanic you will ever find. Lexus or Toyota not working. Come here you will not be disappointed.
