Very knowledgeable, our contact, Steve handled every easily.
A kid named Mikhail sold me a new phone and had NO IDEA WHAT HE WAS DOING. 2 trips yesterday totalling 2.5 hours. Condescending to every single person who walked in. Pompous beyond belief. A lovely young man named Nicholas straightened out his mess within 10 minutes today.
The whole team is fantastic! Steve helped me out and he was great!
This is the second time I’ve been to this store; the first visit wasn't as bad as yesterday's. There were two women working—one Latina and another. The Hispanic woman was a bit more cordial than the other; she waited on the gentleman I was with—a war veteran who can barely walk—though I feel she didn't help him as well as she should have. BUT the other woman was WORSE; she didn't even acknowledge three other people who were waiting for her while she sat there chatting—I don't know about what or with whom. Emily was great informative and answered all my questions. Highly recommend! Hope Verizon sees Emily’s talent in customer service and promotes would be a great trainer for new hirers . Emily made it very easy to switch from T Mobile to Verizon and even convinced me to upgrade to a better phone.
