Mick is absolutely the best. I’ve been to many other Verizon stores and get treated like just a number. Mick may be a bit gruff but he has always helped us with anything, even if there is nothing in it for him. We moved and drive out of our way to go there. A true asset to the company and community.
I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Mick here in Canal! They took care of my billing issue and saved me money on my monthly bill. Thankful for their warm service!
well at first i was going to keep my issue personal and only do a one star review as thats the service i was given but not after an attempted bribe ill be releasing why i gave my review. I went into this verizon store with my grandma to get my grandpas new phone activated and ended up also getting myself a new phone cord and screen protector for myself.
