Last Friday I went in to get a new iPhone, and the manager (I believe his name was Jared) went above and beyond. Instead of making me wait in the store for an hour and a half while everything downloaded and transferred to my new phone, he actually let us go home and then personally dropped my phone off at my house when it was ready.
