Alex was great to work with! Upgrading my phone was easy and quick! Update: I will still stand by the statement that it was quick and easy to upgrade my phone. However, my husband and I were told that when getting the new phones we were required to have the protection plan for the first 2 months and that we can call and cancel after that. When we called to cancel we asked if that indeed was a requirement. Huge shout out to Alex for helping us on black friday! He is very effiecent and knowledgeable. Alex was extremely patient while helping upgrade 3 phones (along with transferring everything) set up a watch and tablet. Highly recommend!
