This one star review is for the terrible manager at this location. I was being helped by Riley who is a tremendous employee and helped me easily and fast. Riley messed up something earlier in the day and this Manager interrupted him while he was helping me and started BELITTLING him. I then had to call a customer service line once Riley wasnt able to help me any more with my issue. Alex was a huge help today! Went in to upgrade my phone he was fast, knowledgeable, and honest. This was my best Verizon experience.
Great experience at this store. Not super busy and the people are nice and know what they’re doing. Alex helped me out and hes funny and knows what he’s doing. Helped me get in and out quick and made it a good time :)
