So if I'd only come to this store once, I'd have to rate it poorly based on how unhelpful and seemingly uninformed the employee was. Thankfully, when I returned for a second visit, I was helped this time by Hailey. She was incredibly awesome to deal with, solved my problem as fast as possible, and continuously went above and beyond for me as a customer. DO NOT GO HERE! IT IS NOT VERIZON AND THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES ARE SHADY! Warning - because this is an authorized retailer, it is *not* Verizon and Verizon will not be able to help you if you have problems. DO NOT GO HERE! We knew we were going to need to get some new phones this year, and we were waiting until a good deal came along. Worst place to go for Verizon. Customer service reps blatantly lied to us about what they signed us up for and the promotions we were getting and then when verizon called them lied again. Will NEVER return to them and will be spreading the word about this shady ass place.
