One star for Verizon but ... five stars for the customer service provided by Maria P at the Weirton, Wv store. She went above and beyond in trying to help me resolve a problem with an Ellipse 6 Tablet that was sold and activated by an ex-salesperson. She was professional and courteous and worked very hard to resolve the problem. Not happy with their service at all. Bought I phone 6 yesterday, unbenost to Mark and the sales person the phone was damaged. Took back to store same day and nothing could be done to get him new phone. Very unprofessional and Verizon Wireless took care of the problem, not this store. Shop at corporate stores, they are the only ones who will help you. Not private owned stores.
