They were here to take a pole out because cable breaking for ATT and when they pulled the pill out it took all of our phone, cable, and Internet out! I called spectrum and we have no outages! I asked your employees if they nicked a wire and they said they have nothing to do with it but they lied and when I re approached them they tell me that when they pull the poles out that it does nick the wires quite often and takes out service! Our company has contracted TCC Telecom on 2 occasions to run network and voip phone cabling during the build-out of new office locations in the 2 1/2 years that I have been here. The result of their professional and extremely tidy cabling has made for issue-free setup for all networking and end-user connectivity. TCC Telecom also installed and maintains our VOIP phone system. We are so pleased with the new phone system we had Matt & Meagan of TCC Telecom install in our office. Very professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable about product and willing to go above and beyond for their clients. Everything we asked for, they made it work. And when installation was completed, they made sure everything was cleaned before they left that day. We highly recommend this company and the product they sell.
Our company started using TCC back in April and we have nothing but good things to say. They are very professional and pleasant to deal with. Anytime we've had a phone issue, which has been rare, they are out the same day to fix the issue. Highly reccomend this company!!
