I have heard of a terrible disaster that they did for my friend. They become unresponsive to claims when clients reach out after receiving their goods destroyed. They lie about having insurance. Be very careful with this company. My friend had nothing but grief and losses.
I contracted this company to ship my furniture to Colombia, Medellin. It all arrived destroyed. Once I complained they disclosed that the insurance that they claimed to have on the furniture was in the case of 100% destruction. Everything arrived broken, and useless. I have been trying to obtain customer service for months. They are unprofessional and have given me the worst service. They are a fraudulent company, be aware!
