The worst system to make appointments, worst phone waiting time just to make appt. Only one phone number for all clinics to schedule appt, please do something to change these.

Llegas enfermo buscando atención médica y te dejan esperando 3 horas para decirte que no tienen cupo y no te pueden atender. Y llamas para hacer cita y nunca contestan el teléfono entonces cómo podemos obtener servicio médico?

I bring both of my kids here ..one of the best doctors i could have asked for .DR MOON , is a careing doctor .she goes above and beyond for the kids ,the clinic is always clean and the front desk girls are always nice

Called to schedule app and the wait was long, best appointment time is 3.5 months out. They canceled my appointment 45 min before my appointment time. Super disappointed because I had already taken my day and my schedule doesn’t allow for much flexibility. Karen the manager called me and was able to help accommodate me into an appointment this month. If not for the manager my best appointment would’ve been another 3.5 months out. Thank you.
