Placed a cake order with specific needs after a visit to the store and a additional phone call to verify if they could handle the request of the specific needs. They confirmed they could via phone call from the manager so the date of pickup was selected. I picked up the cake and brought it home in preparations for travel to an event a few hours later in the day only to find out that they totally disregarded my specific needs request.
