I sat at the drive through for at least 4-5 minutes. No one said hello. Decide to go in just to see 3 employees inside. Two employees looking at the camera talking. I did not get greeted in but the customers behind me did. Overall not a first great experience.
The atmosphere is not welcoming. You’re not greeted upon entering the business. One girl put on a hat, adjusted her hair & proceeded to fix ice cream. Never washed her hands prior to preparing ice cream. Another girl came in during shift change & jumped right in to fix ice cream, never washed her hands either. No gloves when fixing ice cream, so when putting toppings on, they catch the toppings from falling with their bare hands. Absolutely disgusting!

Placed an order in the drive thru. We patiently waited. Young lady looked a little irritated when we requested lids for two items. I brushed it off. Looked in the bag and separate waffle cone on the side was missing. Went inside and got reason she got an attitude when I requested a bag. I wasn’t going to walk out the store with a single waffle cone in my hand. Especially if I’m not the one that’s eating it. Maybe she’s having a bad day.
Girl in the drive through asked me if I was the same care that just came through then tried giving me the money back. I told her I didn't know what she was talking about and she gave me and dirty look. She then proceeded to talk crap while we were waiting for our icecream. Very unprofessional and rude. Tallish mixed girl and the white blond was laughing.
