When I come to town, I would stop and get a waffle cone yogurt. This time, same thing but I didn't get the cone. The cashier put her hands/fingers on the waffle cone. And when my sister asked for a top for her cup of yogurt, the slid the top across the counter. I think there needs to be some additional training on sanitation and food handling, especially if the cashier will be filling orders.
Good food and service
Welcoming atmosphere! Each time I enter in it’s always clean. The yogurt is top tier. My favorite is butter pecan It was clean and very well maintained. Na’Rihya and Gracie were so friendly and welcoming—they truly made the experience even better. Their warm attitude and professionalism really stood out! I would definitely recommend TCBY to everyone!
