The person working there is completely rude. Out of everything, asked if we could have vanilla ice cream and she responded no. I will spend my money elsewhere. 👎

The lady working here was SO rude. Staring at her phone and didn’t look up to take my order until I said excuse me. The gave me a look as if I bothered her. I asked what flavors they had and instead of just telling me she pointed to the menu. Then I asked what a certain topping was that wasn’t labeled and instead of just telling me she tossed the labeled lid on top of it for me to read. I was so put off by her behavior I said no thanks and didn’t order anything!!! Terrible customer service.

Never open no matter what time of day I visit. Friends and I often travel through Charlotte Airport and have been trying this place for a few years now with no luck. I was told by a nearby shop that they only operate if someone shows up to work. A little surprised they can even manage to keep the storefront given you actually have to earn business to pay the rent? Please be consistent with your advertised hours, even if you have to reduce them for whatever reason, so people can actually rely on them.
