“No samples at this location” okay.. I played it safe and got the cake batter… it had a fruity taste to it.. I’d assume maybe they aren’t cleaning the machines properly when they change the flavors.. $23 for 2 yogurts
“NO SAMPLES AT THIS LOCATION” As an avid TCBY fan, I was genuinely shocked to be told this location “doesn’t do samples.” Interesting… because I’ve definitely received samples here before. So either the policy suddenly changed overnight, or the employee simply didn’t feel like doing his job. What kind of ice cream store doesn’t offer samples? The employee working would much rather have swallowed a knife as opposed to offering any sort of assistance to us. We left as my kids sometimes don’t like the rotating flavors and I’d rather not waste a whole cup. He literally couldn’t have cared less that they missed a sale. I never write reviews, especially negative ones as everyone has a bad day, but this was honestly inexcusable.
