Great location but they're always out of flavors very early into the day considering their hours of operation. Customer service is hit or miss. Today's staff member was kind, last week (out of flavors then as well) the staff member was on the phone and barely acknowledged me or ask if I had any questions etc. Hopefully they can turn things around.

Walked in and the cashier was sitting outside, so we had to ask her to come in so we could check out. Nevertheless, the place was dirty and the ingredients were not fresh.

Very disappointed. We traveled for a weekend from Baton Rouge Louisiana. We went around 7pm to this location. We were told that they weren't serving any drinks because they were going to be busy and decided not to make any mixes for the drinks, so half of my group couldn't order and then the fruit punch soft serve wasn't working. The cashier was more in her phone then responding to us.
