The clerk made the experience unpleasurable. When I walked in it was empty, so no greeting. When he did come out front he walked right past me, he still didn't speak. I advised him I was from out of town and had never been there before looking for guidance. He briefly explained to pick my ice cream and toppings and I pay based on weight. He did not mention there were ice cream dividers. And he did not engage in any small talk about TCBY or Charlotte. By the way the yogurt was great! And Charlotte is awesome.

Two times I went in the fruits and toppings were never filled, no sample cups, and you have to wait on the workers to check out cause they're sitting there talking
