Unfortunately, since the mom and daughter left, everything has gone downhill, and I just wish you'd hire employees that care for your brand and the customer! I never said thank you enough if still with the company please bring them back. I can no longer support poor work ethic and customer service.

Eternally lost my business. The only reason this is one star is because of pricing. My half cup of ice cream was $9 and then on top of that TCBY expects we pay their employees because they don’t have the decency to pay them well themselves. I know I can just reject the tip but damn the kid says “the screen will ask you a question” and then stares at you. It’s hard not to sometimes.
