Not sure what all these bad reviews are about- I guess some people need to develop some patience. We have gone to this TCBY for five years every few weeks, and this TCBY is so amazing!!! Super clean, the staff is always super fast and answers any questions (you just have to actually ask for help), and the yogurt is always amazing!! Love the topping variety, it’s so fun to mix and match. Thanks to the staff working tonight especially- she was super helpful and informative!! I didn’t get her name but she was so sweet.
The weighing of yogurt is sketchy. They always put the spoon in, as if they are including it the weight. And there is no way to know because they don't show you the weight.
We had an issue with our doordash order and the manager called us and handled the issue personally. Great customer service! The yogurt was also amazing!
