When I stepped in I was sticking to the floor , I then looked at the yogurt machines and noticed literally yogurt slime dripping from the machines , I then took a look at the variety of toppings which were messy and all over the counter, the tables were dirty and I just didn’t understand . This place was not busy and the place look wrecked , the employee was on the phone yelling . C’mon TCBY you can do better and hire people who actually care .
This place is so disgusting the floors are sticky the bathroom my god… a gas station bathroom is safer the machines looked like they haven’t been cleaned there was a odor coming from somwhere, the employee didn’t acknowledge us and was on a phone which who cares if the place was clean I’m literally so surprised this place hasn’t been condemned
19 dollars. For two crappy cups of fro yo. 19 US dollars.
I'm not sure why this place is still open. The machines were dirty, the frozen yogurt was runny and did not taste right. The bathroom was disgusting, the soap dispenser didn't work , there was no toilet paper, the floors looked like the haven't been clean in a long time, there was a foul odor. The floor in the whole restaurant looked gross and dirty with even napping on the floor. The tables look like they haven't been wiped down in a long time. I will not be going back there.
I can't believe this place still exists! It was my go-to for dessert in college. The white chocolate mousse and chocolate tastes exactly the same!
