I watched one pallet of goods leave our facility. I was charged for 2 pallets being shipped. I spoke to a very friendly and helpful secretary and was forwarded to the owner who was very short and unhelpful. Because a ship slip had 2 pallets written on it, he said that they hauled 2 pallets. I asked what needed to happen to contest the 35 dollar charge and was told that there was nothing they could do about it. We missed a typo on the ticket and their driver did as well.
