TCB Specialties is staffed with great people (e.g. Riley Kitchings) who provide outstanding customer service in resolving any order issues. Specifically, the delivery of the T-Shirts we ordered in early May was DERAILED by our local Longmont CO Post Office. They reactivated a closed temporary mail forwarding order from last year (God only knows why) that resulted in our shipment being returned to TCB.
