Max showed up with his partner on time; and worked with extreme speed and quality. Max was very kind, helpful, and professional while educating me about the process and timeline. They finished quicker than I expected , and the end result looks amazing. Will certainly be doing business with them again !
The true tell of a business owners integrity is how they respond to a problem. And I'm pleased to communicate that TCB Carpets responded in such a positive manner to the first carpet installation provided. Upon calling Greg, he stated that they want to make sure we are happy with the work and he immediately scheduled a follow up to correct the problem. Later on they came and corrected the issue. For that reason, I am happy to recommend TCB Carpets for your flooring needs.
My experience with Lenny as a Subcontractor has been less than great. Lenny as a contractor should know how to read an estimate and not make false accusations about prices when they are different products. Lenny is unprofessional and I would not advise working with him.
I really enjoyed working with Richard and his crew in getting this project completed. I initially found them through Floor & Decor (which is where I sourced my wood flooring) and made 5-6 bids before deciding to go with TCB. We worked on this project in less than 2 weeks.
