The inefficiency and lack of professionalism exhibited by this office have caused me significant inconvenience. Despite my repeated requests for direct deposit, they have consistently disregarded my preferences and opted for check payments, resulting in unnecessary delays and complications. Furthermore, I have personally experienced two instances of mail theft, resulting in the loss of my IRS checks.
