The folks at TCA (Warren, Jake, Sean) were excellent! The EV charger work was completed on time and to the quality standards. They were also a big help with the paperwork for the BC Hydro rebate.
Karen was excellent to work with. They were highly knowledgeable and proficient, handling the electrical work with clear expertise. It was a relief to have someone in our home who is personable, professional, respected our space. I would definitely recommend their services and will absolutely have them back for any future electrical needs.
Always prompt to reply. Service and expertise with a smile. If there is an issue, the team at TCA will fix it and make sure you are satisfied. very friendly on site electricians who take the time to walk through the issues and explain what does and doesn’t need to be done. Very much “price is what you pay, value is what you get”, here. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Took forever (months) to finally get someone to come to our house. Then after the visit, they inform us that the product was out of warranty. They could have told us that months ago.
