I recently visited this store and was immediately struck by the chaotic atmosphere, with kids running around everywhere. My experience with the staff was mixed. When I ordered cabinets, one employee suggested switching to a different size due to stock issues, which I was willing to accommodate. However, this threw off my quantity calculations. James and his crew put new floors at my house. After about 6 months one of the stair noses cracked. They installed it with too much over hang. I have contacted multiple times and no answer. He says he’s trying to get floors but over 3 months now and nothing, very bad customer service , don’t recommend
