Unfortunately they didn't want to make Business. Bill told me they close at 7pm and I was planning to get 20 minutes before, and he said better call Monday. And I've called yesterday to confirm the hours of operation, he told one thing but isn't serious.
Recommended5/5 would recommend! Customer service was great, fast response and very helpful! He even helped us load it and tie it down 😊 We’ve been looking online for a dirtbike for over a month and everything was out of stock or sold out, so this was an awesome find! Even got a matching helmet. I was super happy with the prices and the bike runs great! Plus, we got to support small business.
horrible bought brand new coolsterfrom bill had for only 3 weeks n so much broken already n my husband has had to fix something on it every night ridiculous waste of 700 dollars would NOT recommend to anyone save your $$
Bill was great to work with, very helpful, and super friendly. I would definitely recommend him, and TCwest to anyone with a small buggy or ATV.
Bill was great face to face and had all the answers of what was asked up front. A few issues with the NEW machines, but nothing major like a hose not attached and burnt out headlight. Was lead on and played my cards wrong, then when life happened, he was not willing to help me out like a small business is typically known for. I guess it comes down to the fine print. I didn't see it coming.
Bill was great to work with, very knowledgeable of all machines and everything was fairly priced! Great experience!
