I was so impressed with TC water features! Tim the project manager was over the remodeling of my pool. His communication was excellent throughout the whole project. He kept us informed on every step of the way. And finish the job much quicker than what I anticipated. I highly recommend. TC water features!
Our original pool contractor started our pool in July of 2022 and after a year and a half of delays and excuses, declared bankruptcy (with most of our money). After looking at several contractors to finish the pool, we decided on TC Water Features. We made the right choice! They did a great job and corrected some mistakes made by the first company. Easy to deal with and truly quality work. We highly recommend them.
TC Water Features came to our rescue when our original pool contractor filed for Bankruptcy! Tim, Kevin & Camillo came in and got our pool finished. They were kind, knowledgeable, helpful, timely & always willing to answer our questions. They were always in communication letting us know what was going on, the other pool company never communicated with us. We would highly recommend TC Water Features. We are so happy with our finished pool and spa.
Helping my parents get quotes for resurfacing their pool and the guy was only concerned with other quotes we already have received. We asked why does that matter, we just want to get a quote from your company. The guy said, you guys have a good day and hung up! . Wow so unprofessional and rude.
