You can never get ahold of them. Instead of having a hold system it just tells you they’re too busy to answer. Which either means they are swamped with a 100 callers at once (highly unlikely in this area and it’s overloading their phone system or they’re just always on breaks. Hire more people to use the outdated phone system or get a new phone system.

Reserving the taxi was difficult since the person was extremely rude asking question multiple times and with very bad temper. The Taxi arrived 40min late and when I called on two ocassions to find out where the driver was all they could tell me was that he was on his way. The second time I called them and asked them if they could contact the driver after almost 30min waiting. They kept me on the phone waiting for 10min. Khan was the man who came for a guest to pick up. She had two dogs he was very rude & disrespectful said they didnt allow dogs & former guest have used their service. Never had any issues. But this man was so awful I would request not having him as your driver.
