After scheduling a pool water delivery with another local pool company that ended up dropping the ball, we called TC. 1. They were so friendly on the phone 2. They were so quick to come 3. Their prices are very reasonable 4. The delivery man was also very friendly and kind to our very inquisitive child. They couldn’t have made it any easier. TC won us over today and we will be using them for our pool needs moving forward.
Not only were they on time with our delivery ,but watching how they positioned the truck in our neighborhood to get the water outta tanker was very interesting and after talking to Tom Sr who my husband drove for in his younger years and learned very much from him he was telling us why he turned the truck around along with several pool tips we we were unaware of. Very kid friendly and just overall a great experience with this company. I highly recommend them.

Wanted to give a shout out to TC & sons Pool water. I have called Tom the past two years for a pool top-off and couldn’t be happier. Tom showed up first thing this morning, precisely on time. Professional service, fair pricing, crystal clear water and even a great conversation. If you’re looking for a top off to start the pool season, I highly recommend calling the Charbonneau’s.
