Excellent customer service! Called at 8am, answered on 3rd ring, explained my situation. I was told a technician would be arriving between 9am to 12pm same day and I would receive a call before arriving. Received a call from Jayden around 9am that he and Trevon would be arriving in 30 minutes. He assessed the problem, called me within 10 minutes on what they were going to do to fix it and a reasonable quote. Once issue was fixed, received a call and was able to pay over the phone. Definitely recommend!
Jayden was very helpful. He fixed the leak in my main bathroom and gave me estimates for work I want done in the future. He answered all the questions I had about my plumbing.
We had a new bathroom vanity with double sinks installed. Since we did, the sink would drain so slowly the sink would fill up. I contacted TC Plumbing back and they told me what drains to get. After I got the correct drains, they came back out at no add’l cost and now they work perfectly. Dustin and Kellie did a great job and were so pleasant to work with! Thank you both!
Dustin & Trevon were amazing! Got my shower fixed in less than 20 minutes!
