Very nice people very good service all the time
My daughter and I both came here for full gel sets and pedicures. Both of were disappointed with our nails. My daughter showed the tech thr picture of what she wanted and they look nothing like it. Her french tips aren't even lined up correctly. My nails were filed so uneven and the girl was trying to just paint them as is. I had to have her fix every nail to make them somewhat decent. But still not great. For the amount of money I paid for us. Im extremely disappointed. We will not be returning
Nightmare! So disrespected. This was the worst experience I have ever had in a salon. They totally ignored me. I made an appointment with my family and they spoke to each other in Spanish and said I was not priority that they should let me wait!! The didn’t even offer me water!!! I walked out and felt so un-cared for!! My daughter and her fiancé used this salon on a regular basis, but after my experience, they will never return!
I used to go there to have my nails done, despite their deplorable welcome every time. You barely get a hello, you never get your cuticles done, you never get talked to and you never pay the same price. This time, the lady misfiled my nail, so I asked her to rectify it and she handed me the file, which is shameful and insolent. Then when it came time to pay, I was charged $55 instead of $40, and they wouldn't negotiate. It's disgraceful, I'm so disappointed in this salon, I don't even know how they manage to get customers.
