We met TC at an open house that we walked in on a whim. He carefully listened to our ideal type of property and told us about a few that might fit the bill. We didn't think much of it and had a good chat about Maui, things to do, eat, and see. Thought that was all. TC & Melanie sold my condo in Maalaea for more than the asking price--and more than any other one-bedroom unit has ever sold for in my building! That alone would have warranted 5 stars, but because I was off island for the entire process, they helped out with much more, including not just the ups & downs of escrow, but some personal errands like clearing out the owners closet and returning my Internet router. They truly went above and beyond the call of duty! I recommend them without reservation.
