I've been training with Coach Kimmie for several months and love her personalized approach. I used to primarily do group fitness classes, which can be fun but often lack personalized feedback. Coach Kimmie assesses strengths and weaknesses to tailor workouts for maximum benefit. She explains the mechanics behind exercises and how they support fitness goals. I’ve also had the chance to work with Danny a few times, and his training is very dynamic, too. I’m so grateful for TC Jester Fitness!
I’ve trained with coach Kimmie for 2 years now. I’m in my late 60’s and came in with knee problems and mobility issues. Not only have I lost weight but am much stronger and more flexible. I can play with my grandchildren, get up and down off the floor with them, and run around with them. I highly recommend TCJ Fitness and Coach Kimmie!
The TCJ team, Matthew and Kimmie have helped my bowling game tremendously. My form has improved over the past few weeks, as well as my awareness of my body’s position in space.
