staff unprofessional and disrespectful to customers. highly recommend this company shuts down asap.
I emailed twice, filled out the form on their website, AND left a voicemail to try and schedule an appointment to see their venues( cotton room and belt Station) for our wedding and their coordinator wouldn’t offer us a time. I then called their catering department and reached a lady and she told me she’ll pass my message to Natalie, the events coordinator. The North Carolina Biotechnology Center recently hosted a very important event at our Center. Melissa helped me with the many challenging and changing requests of our client, and was always completely professional, encouraging, and HELPFUL!
