I HAD A VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY AND WOULD STRONGLY CAUTION OTHERS TO CAREFULLY INSPECT ANY WORK PERFORMED. IN MY EXPERIENCE, VINNY AND THE STAFF COMPLETED WORK THAT RAISED SERIOUS CONCERNS REGARDING WORKMANSHIP AND SAFETY. MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS/SPLICES WERE FOUND WITHIN THE MAIN AC WIRING INSTALLATION THAT, IN MY OPINION, WERE NOT PERFORMED PROPERLY AND RAISED SIGNIFICANT SAFETY CONCERNS. Professional, fast service with fair pricing. Fixed my issue quickly
Wish I could give ZERO stars for customer service or lack-there-of. All I can say is “wow” after my very brief experience with TC Hernandez Electric. I attempted to call this company to inquire about pricing and to schedule a diagnostic appointment - I’m not sure if I caught this company/the people I spoke with on a horrible day or if this is their standard practice, but immediately when I called & explained that I’m a new customer I was told “um, hold on a sec” then hold music began to play for a minute or two and then a ma... read more
HORRIBLE ELECTRCIAN AND DOES NOT WORTH TO BE CALLED ELECTRIC COMPANY OR ELECTRIC CONTRACTOR ... VERY BAD LABORS .. DID NASTY JOB .. STOLE OUR PARTS.. DID THE MAIN WIRING WITH LOSE CONNECTIONS AND CAUSED IT TO OVERHEAT AND ALMOST CAUSED A FIRE IN THE PROPERTY !!! BEWARE THAT IS TERRIBLE ELECTRICAN TO DO THE WORK .. WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN !!!
