Updated review. Can’t say enough good things about Chris and his company. Reached out to him and he said he could come by the following day. Had it working within the hour. Was honest and thorough about what could be the issue and it ended up needing a new capacitor, like he said hoping was the only issue. Chris was awesome and very professional. He explained everything that was wrong with our system and charged us a great price compared to other companies in the area. The other companies we’ve dealt with didn’t care to conduct a proper diagnosis and tried to convince us into purchasing a brand new unit. He earned a loyal customer today and I will call him for all future heating and air needs!
Chris was great to work with. He came out and gave us an honest opinion on our AC unit. We ended up needing to replace our 20 year old system. They showed up on time, answered the many questions my wife and I had, were honest and trustworthy. I would gladly use them for maintenance, or God forbid I have to buy another system, and would recommend them to help with your AC needs.
Highly recommended. Christopher came to give an estimate on a new unit as we were told the motor was bad on our current one. He never tried to sell us a new one because he had a barely used replacement motor and said that he didn't think it was worth replacing if he could fix it. He came back the same day and installed the replacement motor, checked everything else to make sure everything was good. Saved us thousands for a new unit.
