Disaster. This company installed two furnace/AC unit in our new home construction. It has been a circus of errors. Both units were installed to burn natural gas, even though we have no access to NG. We burning through propane at an alarming rate. T&C visited our house four times and no one fixed it. It took another company to notice and fix that. Then, one of the units had a fan that blew 24/7.
