Performed the work on time and very effectively. Never imagined our basement could be as well insulated (e.g. like the rest of the house). Excellent results. The accuracy of the Maine Rebate paperwork could have been a bit better, but after a couple of corrections, they got there.
Whatever fix these guys tell you that you need for your foundation - I would get a second opinion, especially if you have an old home. It could save you tens of thousands of dollars. My home is currently on the market. We were under contract and the potential buyers had the home inspected. There was some concern (from them) about our homes foundation (home built in 1850, granite foundation) so these guys came down to take a look. Great job. Attentive to post installation issues. As shown came back and filled in back area with concrete by hand. But shows smooth surface of concrete floor. First image is underlayment layer. We had to take out stairs for installation. Upkeep /maintenance personnel also likable and efficient.
