The initial meeting was very professionally conducted and all questions asked were answered. During the installation, it happened to rain and the lead installer noticed that water was coming in slightly differently than in the original assessment. He proceeded to amend the "solution" to incorporate this. Even in the heaviest of rains, we have not had any leakage or water in our basement since these alterations were implemented. TC Hafford insulated our basement with spray foam. The person who came to talk with us about the project, Tom, was professional and very helpful talking about options with us. He even came a second time to confirm the plan. The installer was incredibly competent, performing the job quickly and thoroughly. It looks great.
TC Hafford did an amazing job on our basement. They were exceptionally professional and responsive throughout the project. They worked great as a team, especially during various stages of the project requiring different points of contact. We highly recommend them!
Salesman was on time and fully prepared to explaind the gutters to me.
Unfortunately, we were disappointed with TC Hafford's work to remove the insulation from our crawl space and install foam and supports. They were supposed to remove the insulation in bags but they ended up removing most of it without any containment. The result was a big mess. Plus there was some grime left from foam insulation equipment. Took several hours of work to clean everything up. The supports were also installed in locations that did not make sense.
