Exception service. I use taro for my commercial and personal real estate needs. Very wise and super dependable!
Just an awful experice for my wife and I. Would not recommend
Taro is very difficult to work with. He changes terms that were agreed upon, lost the keys to our shopping center twice. This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had working with a broker. He’s a bully and he’s unethical.
It was a pleasure working with Taro Chellaram on our new Jazzercise studio lease. He partnered seamlessly with our broker, Jason Smith of Archway Properties, and together they made the entire process feel easy and efficient. What really sets Taro apart is his continued responsiveness and professionalism even after we took possession of the space. That level of follow-through means a lot—highly recommend!
