Honest company that does great work! They don't mind questions, clean-up as they work and are always happy to chat with you. Explained everything they did and why, and didn't cut corners. While I hope I don't need them again, if I do, I know who I'm calling!
Tim and his crew just finished our garage wall yesterday (9-18-2025) from start to finish it was great working with Tim; they did a fantastic job, when they were done everything was cleaned up, nothing left behind. I had called a few places for estimates, and my first appointment was with Tim, after meeting him I knew he was the the one for us, and I canceled the other two estimates from other companies. I would highly recommend TC Foundation Pros! They came to me highly recommended as well. I originally thought I had made my choice from other waterproofing company consults, but after meeting with Tim, his expert advice cleared up many of the questions I still had from other estimates. His crew worked diligently and completed the job in just 3 days. The team was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to answer any questions I had. They left the site clean and tidy, with all work completed exactly as promised.

Tim and his crew get 5 stars from me! I had water seepage and mold on the walls. There was also an old coal cellar that we had covered up. Tim cleared it out and made a concrete wall, killed the mold and put antimicrobial covering on the walls. The pictures are of the one section. It's like a whole new basement. Tim and crew were great, explaining everything and very professional. And they did a good cleanup job. Thanks guys!
