Mike Miranda and Group One Construction and Developement Inc. have left a wake of destruction. They have walked away from both our home and the business we were developing. They did not pay the subcontractors and left us with liens, many liens. We are not alone. There are many people who are currently involved in the same scenario. Please do not be deceived. This contractor and company cannot be trusted.
Florida Gas has been a sub contractor on numerous houses with TC Custom Homes. The communication is excellent and payment always prompt. Looking forward to the next project.
