Our carpet was cleaned in October but serviceman had problems with his equipment. We didn’t want to go through the whole process again so we asked for a refund. Took a while but we did get the refund.
Jermaine was thorough, efficient and friendly. He did an amazing job cleaning our carpet, which had pretty noticeable wear and stains. The carpet looks new again! Thank you!!
