I booked a carpet cleaning service based on the advertised price of $80 for a medium room, clearly shown on their website. At no point during booking, confirmation, or prior to the service was I informed of any $150 minimum charge. After the service, I was charged $150. When I asked about the lack of disclosure, I was repeatedly told, “the minimum charge is $150,” without any explanation. I rarely write reviews but i would be remissed if I didnt. They ALWAYS do an outstanding job! Staff are professional, friendly appropriately dressed. My dog recently had accident in my bedroom real bad. They came out handled it like it never happened. Reasonable rates and it's obvious they use good equipment. Can't say enough about this company. Call them they will square you away.
