We had a great experience. I submitted an online request on a Sunday, assuming I’d hear back sometime in the next week. Jermaine called that day, reviewed the quote with me and got us scheduled within the week. We had them do the carpets in four rooms and our massive sectional couch. They did a fantastic job, are reasonably priced and very communicative. Highly recommend!
We purchased a house for our daughter and grandkids to rent down the street from us. Previous owner had 6 dogs. Urine smell was pretty bad. After the initial cleaning, it smelled good for a day, but the smell came back in the living room. Called about the issue and they promptly came back for another deep cleaning and we couldn't be happier. Saved us $3k by not having to replace the carpet.
