On the day of roof installation, 29 July 2025, TC Backer removed my existing roof. They had not determined the weather that day. A severe storm stuck my area and flooded my house from above. As a result, some of my ceilings have collapsed, and a chandelier fell and almost stuck me. My repairs are being handled by my excellent insurance company, USAA.
