TBT Training is a premier facility that educates athletes and trains players to move athletically for optimal performance on the mound and in the box. We train our players to be better athletes. If a player can’t move their body correctly in an athletic and powerful way performance is reduced. We have our athletes perform functional movements and strengthening exercises during training sessions so they can “feel” the correct patterns we’re asking them to do.
