Very friendly and you feel like family. Owner is present , will take a moment to speak to you and answer all your questions. Gym as a lot to choose when it comes to equipment. No shortage of machines, dumbells, free weights and there's a sauna. My favorite! Very clean and open 24/7. Great place.
This gym is fantastic! Lots of variety in resistance training equipment and very large martial arts training area. The pricing options have something for everyone. I highly recommend this gym!
The gym is always clean and equipment is always working. Love that they have a play area for my kids, so there is no excuse for me not to be able to go.
