By far the best gym in Anna Texas. Has everything you can imagine. Never overly crowed - people friendly - clean - very organized.

Great place, made great by great owners. Always clean and well kept. Plenty of equipment that is well maintained. Even when busy, it never feels crowded. Also, the other patrons always seem courteous and friendly. There really is a wonderful vibe at this gym. There are a variety of classes taught, one of which I signed up for... BJJ. Awesome childrens programs. MMA for children can actually be applied in real life if needed.State of the art fitness equipment. Co-Ed sauna and a little play room for the kids.

Gym is not clean. I've been to many gyms and this is by far the most dirty. I have seen many bugs. The lockers are all locked open or closed, so they are unusable. The hot water in the sink does not last, .cant imagine taking a shower in the 4ft shower. Owner is a dick. When Its cold outside the gym Is about 40 degrees. Black mold in the shower.

Great atmosphere, amazing equipment choices, cleaning products everywhere for use, owners have always been so helpful, and love that it is so family oriented!
