Where do I start… I dealt with easily 4 shops in NS, since I run a business using center console vessels. This shop is truly the best. They carry a vast amount of knowledge with outboards (I run mercs), they know the small quirks to solve small issues on center consoles (I run a Boston whaler) that would save you time from another shop trying to figure it out. This was my First experience with TBS. Purchased my boat last summer and was looking for a full service shop for maintenance, storage, and advice. From drop off last fall to pick up this spring, The crew at The Boat Shop have been amazing. I had a considerable amount of work completed over the winter months including Engine, gel coat repair , trailer work and door slides replaced. Their customer service is amazing. Been with them for over 10 years and unfortunately they've gone downhill in terms of service. I'm sure they're still great if you have unlimited budget or they're trying to impress you.
