I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service I received. I believe that several issues were incorrectly identified during the Warrant of Fitness inspection, including a supposedly missing back seatbelt, and alleged suspension and brake problems. Upon my visit, I found the seatbelt to be merely concealed beneath the seat. Furthermore, suspension components were replaced without my conviction that the issues were legitimate.
